- Provide prompt and effective communication with affiliates, addressing external inquiries and conveying internal concerns.
- Maintain and update internal and external documentation, such as FAQs.
- Follow established guidelines and processes to ensure efficient affiliate support.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet affiliate needs accurately and timely.
- Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reports on all activities to key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues, including technical and sales-related problems.
- Perform routine tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.) is highly advantageous.
- Curiosity and aptitude for technical tools and concepts related to affiliate marketing.
- Strong critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.
- Comfortable with adult content.
- Passion for affiliate marketing, technology, and digital innovation.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Highly beneficial to have experience in affiliate marketing, customer support, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
