Does A. W. Empire support postback tracking?

Yes, we support postback tracking both for our branded sites on both PPS & revshare, and also for whitelabels. In the case of PPL & PPLR, we support postback tracking for LiveJasmin and Whitelabels.

Are there any requirements to use postback Tracking?

Once you are logged into your account you can already set up the postback in the Postback Editor menu.

What kind of parameters do you support?

These are the values that we support in the postback: baseamount, bonusamount, campaignid, camapignname, commission, country, creditAmount, Date, isFirstBill, memberid, programCode, sitedomain, subAffiliateId, transactionHash and static values.

Where do I place my clickid?

The clickid should be sent through our only Dynamic parameter called the subAffiliateId, ex: subAffId={clickid}.

Do you also report chargebacks/refunds through the postback?

Yes we do, these would be sent as a negative commission, ex: commission:-150.

Can I get rebills in the postback too?

Sure you can, we have the transactionHash for that, which is our term for the most commonly known txid or transactionID.

Can I offer specific postbacks or only global?

We prefer to set up Global Postbacks and send the siteDomain parameter to you instead. But technically, we can support offer specific postbacks too.

Can you report Free Signups through the postback?

Yes, under Enable SignUp postback you can define the parameters as you would do for transactions.

How do I set up the postback with A.W. Empire?

Please visit the Postback Editor menu. Here you can add your postback URL, select and name the parameters of your choice.

I also want to send subid and subsource info, can I do that?

Yes you can, but you need to send them through our subAffiliateId parameter as well, separating each different value by triple pipes, ex: subAffId={clickid}|||{pid}|||{subsource}.
