- Understand Platform Limitations: Please note that AWEmpire can only showcase the errors in the Postback setup on our side and does not account for errors related to your third-party tracking software.
- Review Postback Test Results: Regularly use the Postback Editor to identify specific discrepancies flagged in your test results, such as issues with tracking parameters, redirect URLs, or program types.
- Check Tracking Parameters: Ensure all tracking parameters such as campaign IDs, program types, and subAffiliate IDs, are correctly configured in your test links. Misconfigurations, especially with subAffiliate IDs, will trigger errors on the AWEmpire platform as well.
- Verify Redirect Paths: Use the redirect path comparison feature in the Postback Editor to ensure the final URL matches the expected URL from your promotional tools. Any mismatch indicates a need to adjust your tracking setup.
